The Vertical Itinerary

Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon your arrival, our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Evening orientation session with the group — itinerary briefing, gear check, and permit formalities.

  • 1 night stay in Kathmandu and 1 night stay in Pokhara with Breakfast on twin sharing basis
  • Arrival/departure(one time only)international airport transfer in a private vehicle
  • Accommodation in Tea Houses during the trek on twin or triple sharing during the trek
  • Three meals a day during the trekking period
  • One time tea or coffee in a day during the trekking days

  • Cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions etc.

Expedition Protocol

Non-Negotiables

  • A NOC (No Objection Certificate) is only needed for Indian trekkers holding an official passport who are coming from a third country and plan to go to another third country after the trek. If you're traveling directly from India and returning to India, then a NOC is usually not required.

Begin steady-state cardio — hiking, running, or cycling 4 times per week at a conversational pace. Build your aerobic base progressively, increasing duration by 10% per week. The Annapurna Circuit is a difficult-rated trek; fitness is non-negotiable.
